Tom Nauman - 2nd Shift Production Manager

Tom Nauman is the Second Shift Production Manager. A native of Henry, he began his printing career at M&D in 1970 in the bindery and letterpress areas. He graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in Industrial Technology/Graphic Arts. His experience includes bindery, press, prepress, estimating, sales, and management; at M&D as well as other establishments. Tom feels that M&D is a blend of people and processes working in unison to achieve customer expectations.
