Payment Methods:

      Cash Payments: M&D Printing invoices include a cash discount, therefore no additional discounts are allowed. A cash payment is defined as a payment made by cash, check, money order, cashier's check, certified check or ACH (Automated Clearing House) system transfer.

      Alternative Payments: Other forms of payment will be assessed an administrative fee, please refer to the administrative fee schedule link provided below.

Estimating
Working to give our customers the best Quality and Value

      M&D Printing has well over 60 years of estimating experience collectively. Innovative and cost effective suggestions are offered to take advantage of the new technology and ever changing equipment list. We continue to anticipate the needs of customers and provide a number of solutions to help them reach their full potential.

      We pride ourselves on quick turn times on quote requests, usually within 24 hours of receipt into the estimating department. Quick responses on quotes are also determined by how complete the specifications are outlined from the customer.

Scheduling / Preplanning

      The scheduling department is the heartbeat of M&D Printing. From the time a job is in the quoting stages, to copy in dates, proof out dates, proof back dates, press dates, bindery dates, mail dates, to final destination dates, M&D continually flexes the production schedule to meet the customers' needs. Scheduling monitors all departmental progress to keep production moving through the plant in a productive and timely manner in sync with production deadlines.

      This makes M&D very versatile and flexible with different product mixes and customers' needs.
