When the Proof hits the press

After Prepress prepares the job for Press with state of the art plate making technology, the Press takes it to the next level. Here is when the customers' expectations become reality. Our highly skilled operators apply their years of experience to create the beginning of an end-user product that our customers are proud to display and talk about.

From a business card, envelope, letterhead, all the way up to full sized catalogs, brochures, and publications, our Pressmen use the latest Pressroom technology to ensure the consistency sheet to sheet, form to form. We start out our lineup with the Toko Envelope Press, which has a suspension feeder that enables us torun a variety of envelopes to suit the customers' needs. Envelopes on this Press are available in two color.

We then have the “Digital Imaging” QMDI Waterless Press. This Press has the ability to image plates directly on the Press for perfect registration and quality right from the start. For short run flyers, letterheads, business cards, brochures, this is the Press. Also available are short to medium run 4/color envelopes. Our five color GTO produces our short to medium run quality covers, brochures.

Next in the line up is the MO-5 Heidelberg, which produce our high quantity, covers for our publications and high quality brochures. This press will breeze through any job put to it.
