The premier press line in the lineup is the “Process King Press”. This is the press of present and future. With a Peretta Closed Loop inking system and WPC register system, this press is capable of producing four and five color work, printing both sides of the sheet simultaneously. After printing, the sheet goes through a dryer and chill stand to set the ink immediately, producing a high gloss finish, only available with this process. The product is then ready to go to bindery for finishing, unlike sheet fed printing, which has to be printed on both sides first and dried before finishing.

This press is capable of printing high quality 8,12,16 page signatures, 4-page tabloid size, 8-page tabloid size, and digest size products on various grades and weight stocks. Also available is the ability to sheet the product for 4-up covers or folding. This allows us to turn jobs in less time with a high level quality. With the second press line just around the corner, we will adding additional fold capabilities, which will make us even more competitive and creative with our product mix, ensuring the customers' expectations and needs.
