Our current system is outfitted with a special heat tunnel which forms the polybag around your mail piece. This further protects the mail piece by adding integrity to the rigidity of your mail piece while also reducing the overhang or salvage you may see from other printers. This specific combination of equipment is what allows us to achieve a finished item that both meets USPS requirements as well as being pleasing to the eye for retail sales.
