Jerry Reihl - Bindery Manager

Jerry has over 20 years of experience in offset printing.
His in-depth knowledge of the processes required to produce
an excellent product for a client is built into every
task he does. Jerry feels fortunate to be in a trade that
is so dynamic with technology. The on-going dedication
to maintain the cutting edge of technology that M&D
Printing continues to pursue in Henry, Illinois, continues
to solidify his commitment of quality services to M&D's
clients.
Jerry's experience
of bringing a solution to communication with ink and paper
is a sixth sense. The craftsmanship he provides can be
found in all aspects of the tasks he partakes, in providing
clients a unique solution to their printing. Jerry recalls
fondly the days when printing multi-color work on a single
color duplicator in his basement at home. He unconsciously
began the career path of his desire for nothing more than
perfection of the job at hand. This passion has instilled
a genuine approach to the entire process of serving the
needs of a client, not only in the concept and sale of
a print order, but through to the final delivery of the
job meeting or exceeding their expectations.
The age-old
adage, “yes, we can do it” and “you
want it when” is what keeps Jerry's forward thinking
and outside the box approach part of his daily routine
in this complex world of offset printing. The simple brochure
to the full color catalogs and monthly periodicals feed
the passion for the challenges and opportunity to sharing
his expertise with you.
The complexities
of design, equipment, time, chemistry and culture are
found to be the common denominators of printers throughout
the world. The dedication that Ben Franklin, Johannes
Gutenberg, Thomas Edison, W. Edward Deming and Henry Ford,
to name just a few master craftsmen who never stopped
improving the process, demonstrates that the standards
of quality are just as dynamic today as they were for
those simple-minded men of our history.
