The USPS can be an intimidating and complicated jungle. And just as you wouldn't go traipsing about in the rain forest, we don't feel you should have to handle the post office by yourself either. We have a professional mailing agent waiting to assist your particular problems from the ground up. If there is a solution to be had, we will find it for you. This is why we offer multiple co-mailing solutions to find the right fit for you.

In-house co-mailing.

M&D was one of the first printers in Illinois to create an established, postal certified co-mail program. Our current system can group up to five publications shortly after bindery operations are complete for a moderate postage savings in a remarkable efficient turn time. When time is of the essence and cost is a concern, we look inward to our in-house co-mail line every time.

Out-of-house co-mailing

M&D currently participates in a co-op of printers that pool their publications into massive co-mail pools to achieve the best discounts available. The subsequent mailings are then drop-shipped cross country to improve delivery speeds and maintain the mail piece' integrity throught the postal stream.
